- Experience with HCI and user centered design, such as websites, graphics design, and new applications for users health.
- Over a year of Java programming experience, including use of Java to translate XML data to a new database.
- User support assistance, including trouble-shooting problems with Adobe and Windows Suite programs, coaching on the basics of new software and upgraded features.
- User station set-up, including networking to local printers and drives, installation of new software and hardware, hardware placement to support user ergonomics.
- Experience with VMWare Virtualization running Windows Server 2008 and MYSQL and SQL Server.
- Advanced user skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash/AS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
